Terms of Service

The service

ColorPaletteAnalysis Booking provides scheduling tools for color analysts and similar appointment-based businesses. It can display available times, collect booking details, send appointment messages, and create events in a calendar the account holder connects.

The service is a booking tool. It is not the provider of the analyst's consultation, does not set the analyst's prices or policies, and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, cancellation, refund, or outcome of an appointment.

Account holders

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for the services, prices, availability, calendar connections, booking-page content, and communications configured in your account.

You must have a lawful basis to collect and use guest information through your booking page. You must provide guests with any notices, consent, cancellation terms, and customer support that apply to your own business.

Calendar connections

Calendar connections are optional. By connecting Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, you authorize ColorPaletteAnalysis Booking to use the permissions you approve to check availability and create booking events. Google and Microsoft may impose their own terms and privacy policies.

You can revoke calendar access through the relevant provider. Revoking access may prevent new bookings from checking availability or creating events until a connection is restored.

Guests and bookings

Guests should review the analyst's own service terms before booking. A booking request or confirmation does not create any agreement with ColorPalette Booking for the analyst's service.

Guests should contact the analyst or business shown on the booking page for appointment changes, service questions, refunds, or complaints. ColorPaletteAnalysis Booking may send operational email about a booking, including confirmations and calendar files.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, impersonate another person or business, send spam, submit harmful code, interfere with the service, or collect information without authorization. Do not use the service for high-risk activities where an error could cause death, serious injury, or major property or environmental harm.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Calendar providers, email delivery, networks, and other third-party services can fail or change. To the extent allowed by law, ColorPaletteAnalysis Booking does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate availability.

To the extent allowed by law, ColorPaletteAnalysis Booking is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or bookings arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

ColorPaletteAnalysis Booking may change, suspend, or end the service or these terms. Material updates will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
